Charging System Simulator Home > Safety Testing for NEV > Charging System Simulator

The charging pile simulator includes an AC charging pile simulation device and a DC charging pile simulation device, simulating AC and DC charging pile charging processes and various work states, fault states (overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overcharge, and Various special states) provide verification methods for improving the compatibility of the high voltage system with the charging facility and the ability to resist charging interference

According to the national standard of communication protocol and workflow, the simulator could simulate the working conditions of AC/DC charging pile, then work with the vehicle end. Equipment functions includes: analog control guidance function, CAN bus information interaction function, electrical parameter monitoring function, insulation line monitoring and detection, charge matching output function, and residual current protection function.
